¿Pies hinchados?
Los pies hinchados son comunes principalmente entre las mujeres y se debe generalmente a la acumulación de líquidos, la obesidad, la mala nutrición o alguna terapia hormonal.
También es muy común que durante el embarazo los pies se hinchen, por lo que, si se vuelve muy frecuente el problema, debes acudir a un médico.
Sin embargo, hay varias medidas que puedes tomar si tus pies se hinchan de manera esporádica:
a) Bebe mucha agua. Recuerda que la medida más saludable es 2 litros al día, sin saborizantes.
b) Evita todos los refrescos y bebidas azucaradas
c) Usa ropa cómoda y de fibras naturales: el emplear pantalones ajustados que te aprietan las piernas, alteran tu circulación y provoca la acumulación de líquido en tus tobillos
d) Date un masaje antes de acostarte: aunque no seas experta, consiente a tus pies de vez en cuando con un masaje: pasa la yema de los dedos por todos tus pies y procura que la sangre circule.
e) Alza los pies: Recostarte con los pies hacia arriba hará que la gravedad le permita a la sangre de tus pies circular mejor.
f) Alimentate más sanamente: evita el café, la sal, el alcohol y el café
g) Haz ejercicio: Camina al menos 45 minutos al día, lo cual hará que tu sistema circulatorio se ponga en forma.
